Our Daily Bread for Sep-Nov 08 can be collected at Usher’s Desk.

The server deals with the preparations for the celebration of Holy Communion so that the service can be conducted in decency, order and beauty for the worship of Almighty God. If you have a desire to make an acceptable offering to our Lord then sign up for this 2-session course on23 & 30 Aug 2008 (Saturdays) 10am at the Sanctuary. There is no age or gender limitation. Sign up with forms at Usher’s Desk or CE stand at LKC Hall and return to any staff.

FINANCIAL MINISTRIES ON GOD’S WAY TO FINANCIAL FREEDOM
What is financial freedom? What does God say about managing money? Should Christians save? Should you borrow? Should you pay off your home loan? The emphasis behind the seminar is to to bring the financial area of their lives under God’s control.

“His Glory, His Name, His Honour”
Serving the Lord + Blessing the Nations
A logo design competition is open to all within Anglican parishes and schools. The logo is to incorporate the theme : “His Glory, His Name, His Honour”. There will be 3 prizes, $500, $300 and $200 gift vouchers and a plaque. Submissions are to be made with following details : Full Name (incl. title : Mr/Mrs/Miss/Mdm); Mailing Address; contact no; Email Address; Parish/School/Organisation; Age. All works should be original and be accompanied with a short write-up on the design and its significance. There are no limits to the number of entries that an individual/group can submit.
