Registration of New Admissions for Classes in 2011

Time of Registration : 8:00AM to 3:00PM

Phase 1 : Tuesday, 13 April 2010
For children whose brother(s) / sister(s) is currently a pupil of Ascension Kindergarten or Ascension Kindercare

Phase 2 : Thursday, 15 April 2010
(A) For children whose parents are Anglican Church Members, (please bring baptism certificate or a letter from the Pastor of the church concerned)

(B) For children whose :
i. Sibling(s) is a former pupil of Ascension Kindergarten or Ascension Kindercare;
ii. Parent (either) is a former student of St. Andrew's, St. Margaret's, St Hilda's School or Ascension Kindergarten
iii. Parent is an employee in St. Andrew's Village

(please bring documentary proof e.g. School Leaving Certificate, Kindergarten Progress Report, Letter from employer, etc)

Phase 3 : Friday, 16 April 2010 (First come, first served basis)
Children who are not eligible for Phases 1 and 2.

Registration Procedures

Either parent should come to the Kindergarten to register the child and bring along the following:

1. The Original and one copy of the child’s Birth Certificate / PR Certificate / re-entry permit;
2. One recent passport size photograph of the child;
3. Both parents’ Identity Cards / Employment Pass;
4. S$53.50 being registration fee (non-refundable); and
5. All necessary documents stated above (for those under Phase 2).
